PUD is great really. The prices are far less than Avista ( by allot ) and their staff are always friendly and helpful.  Another nice thing is they get the power back up and going relatively quickly even after pretty bad storm's. Nowadays that's rare and is appreciated.

Very responsive. When we had a problem PUD responded quickly! The lady Sarah was very polite and handled my concerns very professionally. 
We are Happy with our local Utility provider!!

one of the worst pud i have ever dealt with...slow to response and cant find the problem...sit in the rain and wth watch the guys drive up and down highway 20 looking for the down lines...there system is out dated and needs to be update a few years back...need to cut down trees around the power lines,,,
