Love this place! The pizza is fresh and delicious. Compared to other popular chains in Chicagoland, Penguino's thin crust is the best, hands-down. It's crispy, but substantial, and much less greasy than other places. The Hawaiian pizza is my favorite, but everything I've tried has been delicious. It's the only place I order from anymore.

We saw the reviews and decided to eat there last minute. It's not really a dine in but the owner was so sweet. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything. The reviews are completely accurate absolutely loved it!

Good pizza! Had bacon and mushrooms. My own combo. Try it.😋 Their garlic bread "Penguino Style," is pretty darn good.

First, Penguino's thin crust is the best in the NW suburbs. It is consistently crispy on the edges and bottom and soft and chewy in the middle. The toppings and cheese are always generous. We prefer pizza to be baked crispy, and they always comply. Second, Penguino's customer service is outstanding. They consistently deliver ahead of the listed time frame. We order regularly, and they seriously treat us like special friends. Once I chose the wrong toppings online. I had to call them to make the correction. They were incredibly understanding, recognized me as a regular and made the correction. Other places would probably consider that a hassle and not even care about helping. Also, their delivery people are always polite and normal. Most delivery people seem to view you as an annoyance, but that is never the situation with Penguino's. Bottom line, Penguino's has great pizza and great caring customer service.

Good pizza (with great sausage). Excellent customer service too --
 good folks at Penguino's who are always nice, recognize their regulars, and always treat them well! Definitely recommended
