Have been a business client of Barbara's since January 2013. For our 2013 business taxes, Barbara, after guaranteeing that she would file the taxes by the October 15 extension deadline, called me on October 14 requesting a ridiculously large amount of information that she had to have to finish the taxes, even though in August she had guaranteed that the taxes would be filed on time. Since I had been speaking to her on a regular basis for the last 18 months, I was shocked that she had not needed this information before the day before the tax extension deadline. Needless to say, she did not file the taxes on time. In fact, she did not finish the taxes until December, 2 months AFTER the EXTENSION DEADLINE. When asked why she was so late, she blamed me for not knowing Quick Books well enough, and even had the audacity to reply that she did not receive the information she needed until October 14. I would not recommend her to anyone, and I am extremely disappointed in her lack of professionalism and competency.
