I have no problems when I come here they are always very helpful answer all the questions I have I got here for regular doctor, pharmacy, and I see a councilor very wonderful people. 💚

At present, I am "Caller Number Five".  Just a few minutes ago, I was "Caller Number One", but got hung up on!  Thanks guys.  My time is not worth anything, right?  Thanks for reminding me of that.  All I'm calling for is to find out what time my daughter's appointment is, because the automated call I got spit out all the details too quickly for me to write down the time, and the only thing allowed to ask to be repeated was the instructions.  Can you please fix that?  I doubt you will, but if nobody asks, the answer will always be "no", right?  Because service is only a commitment, not a courtesy, right?

Edit:  Finally got through, but when I tried to express my irritation at having been hung up on, I got excuses, and then got yelled at.  I don't care one bit how many of you are working in the office, answering phones, or hanging up on clients without bothering to even greet them, you can be polite!  Trust me, I would much rather take my child to a decent clinic, but being poor means I have to rely on rude, surly employees, such as yours.  Thanks, guys.  Have a nice day.

My experience   is ONLY with dental . My kids have gone there since birth and now are 12,18 years old. We've never had a bad experience .  When my daughter  started  to panic   the dental assistant  held her hand and helped her calm down until I got to her as I was in the lobby. My daughter   was 13 at the time. That is one of many nice things .  We've only had one stick in the mud dentist.

Staff is super friendly and appears to accommodate people with all sorts of needs! It's usually anxious to go for a dentist appointment but the staff is super welcoming.

I don't see why this place is rated so poorly. I have been here for two visits — a checkup and a cleaning/wisdom teeth consultation, and the staff is very friendly and professional, including my dentist, Dr. Kim. I had no problems with the procedures, billing, etc.
