Like their care there, therapist open to listening with a helpful solutions/options help through issues. Not closed minded!

I was considering going to them but 14 years ago I went to them and they sucked then too. I was with a therapist who pushed "Feeling good, the new Mood Therapy". Essentially "Happy Talk". Don't feel bad... feel good... what complete and utter BS. I need to go there because of insurance and I'm simply dreading it.

Absolutely terrible service with people that are rude and unmotivated. I arrived to my appointment and went the check in, the receptionist very loudly told me off for putting my ID & insurance card down so I could continue to get things from my purse as she asked for them because "here we hand things to each other". After not answering any of my questions and quickly rushing through her memorised speech of all the paperwork I had to fill out, I sit down. I'm then brought back to get my weight, BP & heart rate taken by the most unmotivated and unapproachable nurse I've ever met. I then proceeded to wait 45 minutes for my doctor to see me. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally got the nerve up to ask what was going on, as I had a class soon & would miss it, if the doctor was taking me any later. I'm told he'll be 5 minutes & after 15 more minutes of waiting and being assured he'll just be another 5 minutes, I asked for my money back & left. I called Penn to cancel my mandatory "follow-up" appointment. Don't waste your energy coming here. It is not the atmosphere to help with therapy, if anything my anxiety issues are even worse after that experience.
