What a terrible experience I’ve had with this bank with two different issues it took over two weeks for them to finally get me a new debit card after my first one was hacked into... when they told me it would only take a couple days...

Also I applied for a loan and was repeatedly told because my credit was good and I had a good job that I would have no problem getting a car loan when I got all my paperwork taken care of I was told that they would keep in touch and let me know what was going on 2 weeks later I finally get a letter in the mail a denial letter I’m a young adult so not only did this waste my time but it hurt my credit as well and it will make it even harder now for me to try and get another car loan it dropped my score 30 points lol thanks for telling me I had no problem and it’ll go right through will never do business with them again currently looking into other banks and pulling my money out immediately... how they can be called penn community is a very ironic joke what a terrible bank 

With my first car loan it was the same amount as what I was trying to get this time and back then I made 10 bucks an hour and had no problem with a decent interest rate too

One last thing I never write and reviews for anything but this was such an awful experience for me I wanted to hopefully save other young adults and their credit scores it’s hard enough for us as it is to get built up

There are not many small town banks left, but this is one. Great customer care above and beyond what you might expect.
