I eat here on a regular basis.  I almost never have an issue with my food, and if i do it is resolved with no hassle.  The staff and owner are super friendly and the place is always clean!

I called in an order on October 12th. Ordered a 10" cheesesteak with onions peppers mayo and lite pizza sauce. Got back to my job... no pizza sauce and it had mushrooms which I am allergic too. I called them and was told I had a credit and I could use it on my next visit. Today I called in to redeem this credit and was denied. Horrible customer service and the guy was snobby and basically called me a liar. I make plenty of money and don't need to lie about a sandwich. It's simply the principle that I spent close to $15 dollars on lunch and only got to eat the fries! I'm also calling corporate.

Ordered artichoke sub with pizza sauce. Did'nt know pizza sauce was so hard to get. Barely tell any was applied to my sandwich, if not for the slight pink color I wouldn't have been able to tell . being a vegetarian I didn't care for the added piece of meat I ate with one bite of my sandwich. Then the last French fry had a piece of plastic on it, which I had to pull from my mouth. So next time I am going out for dinner I will try some other place....
