Food was awful, I couldn't even chew the meat on my Reubin. I asked for light dressing and received extra. Worst Penn station I have ever been to. 25 dollars for 2 sub 2 small frys and 2 medium drinks and I had to throw away all but the drinks. The service was so bad multiple other customers walked out very angrily after being treated as such.

Food is delicious.  Love their veggie subs.  Fries are cooked in peanut oil!

First time in this place. Nice change from Grubway, or Jersey Mikes. Fresh squeezed lemonade, fresh baked bread. But probably most impressed with the young group that worked there. One guy asked if it was my first time. More than willing to answer questions, showed me a faster way of figuring out the menu, even came back to the table to check how we liked everything. Customer service? Damn, I thought that was a lost art. Cudos to this group of employees.
