Sub quality is hit or miss. When it's a hit it is good. Last two trips order has been wrong. This last time ordered two chicken parm without sauce for take away. Got home and idiscovered that we were given two subs with sauce. Called and asked them to fix it. Confirmed Chix parm just no sauce. No apologies or anything. Drove back there- told them exchanging the subs. The guy had No comment at all, literally. Just took the other subs and gave me the replacements. I checked- it looked right. Still no comment or apology or even acknowledgement of my existence. Got home, wrong again. Just bland Chix and provolone. My standards are pretty low for customer service in a sub shop, but this was bad for anyplace. With lots of other options, go elsewhere.

I had a great experience here. The food is delicious and they make fresh cuts fries, as in they cut fresh potatoes from Idaho and fry them right there and fresh squeezed lemonade. 5 stars no doubt!

Well they closed early yet sign still said open. Guy working ducks in back when we walked up to the door. Then peeks out to see of we left. Yep were in our car leaving thanks for wasting our time we had turned around to go there because sign was still said open. FYI if ur gonna close early turn the sign off

Sub place that is between Firehouse subs and Jimmy John's in quality. Greasy goodness, service is sometimes hit or miss, but usually cordial if they are not the fastest employee
