A few years ago my wife was involved in a car accident and we tried to resolve her case with the insurance company on our own without representation. Big mistake. The insurance company continued to drag out the process and it took a stressful and emotional toll on our family for two years while trying to settle the claim. Since that time, Penney & Associates has provided us solid legal advice on other matters as well as educate us on how having good, reliable legal representation can help to avoid all the stress and pitfalls we experienced while trying to handle the settlement process ourselves. why look any further ? You have found the right Team. The entire staff is very pleasant & helpful. They explain steps along the way as the entire team takes on the bullies (the Insurance companies) that don't want to pay what one deserves. This team does fight for you too. I would also like to say a very heartfelt Thank you to Mr. Sam Stephano.
