I so agree with Mark Fallon. One of these women in the office seems to be his b1t(h! "wife" - she is EXTREMELY ARROGANT.  I could find a few curse words to describe her, but I will not stoop that low. He came highly recommended but, I did not go back after she threw my x-rays at me and accused me of calling her 'dear'. A term of endearment reserved for those who are kind. He should fire her and let her stay home, but she probably would be more miserably. OH dear!

This doctor is more about money than the needs of his patients. Double dips, PA sees you for 30 min and doc sees you for 5 yet both fully bill for lengthy appt. Won't do surgery unless you pay substantial amount up front. Who does that??? He send me a bill for $2 to add insult to injury.

This has nothing to do with the Doctors themselves, this has to do with the rudeness of their office manager.  She obviously didn't want to deal me or my insurance by her cold, dismissive and arrogant attitude. Dr Penney came highly recommended but I would not recommend having to deal with the office manager. Sadly, I had to choose another doctor because this woman did not want to do her job.
