While trying to sell me house, Penney's Electric told me they would be there that day or the next for three weeks to look at and fix problems on the inspection report.  Three weeks after originally talking to them the first time, they called to say they would not be able to get by and that I needed find someone else to do the work.  This has put off the contract on my house for the time.  Thank you Penney.
