Peanutter our dog with Congestive Heart Failure loves this place and the workers!! The reception ladies are so amazing and always so helpful and have even called my cell before to check and see how Peanutter is feeling or doing on his new heart meds. They also always try to find the best price for his meds and are very knowledgeable. Dr. Kate is one in a million, less concerned with the financial aspect of the business and more concerned with the wellness and happiness of our fur babies. I would give them one billion stars, but I only get the option to give them 5. I can't say enough good things about them. If it wasn't for them and changing Peanutters meds from his previous vet, he wouldn't still be with us. Thank You soooooooooooo much, PEANUTTER LOVES YOU!!!!

Good catch on the urinary tract infection, Dr Magers. It came on so gradually that I thought Yogi was just 'aging'. He feels better now! Thank you.

Contacted Pennfield Animal hospital for details and history on a greyhound rescue dog my wife and I acquired. We had learned that the previous owner had used Pennfield Animal Hospital before with the greyhound. They were not helpful at all and wanted the previous owner to contact them or provide a note to release this so called priveledged information to us. We only wanted to know the dogs age and what shots or medications the dog had been on. We were and still are the dogs forever home and this was rediculous and very unhelpful. It could also have put the dog at risk, not knowing about shots or medication, if any, the dog had in the past or needed in the future. The previous owner had a massive stroke and was in a coma. The dog was being left out in the cold of winter, by the care giver and was nearly dead, when I took over care of the greyhound. The previous owner did not survive and there was no way to have them contact Pennfield Animal Hospital. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this veterinarian location and I will never take one of my four rescue dogs there in the future.
