I met Mr. Pennington in 2015 when I consulted with him to represent me in a child support modification case. I also hired Mr. Pennington again in 2017 to represent me in yet another modification of my child support order.  Mr. Pennington and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. When attending court on multiple occasions I felt confident having him as my legal representation. Not only is Mr. Pennington timely, he is prepared, responsive to email and phone calls and knows what he is doing. Any questions or concerns I had along the way were answered and settled by Mr. Pennington without hesitation, making the process easier for me to navigate. He also conducts business in an ethical and fair manner, and I honestly appreciate that. I am truly happy with the outcome of my case and grateful to have had such an awesome attorney. I have no doubt, that should I need his services again in the future I will contact Pennington Law. I have already recommended his legal services to a friend of mine going through a similar situation and would not hesitate to refer him to others.

Nooooo....don't hire this firm.  I entrusted a complex case of my head injured son to Jessica Houghtby of Pennington Law Firm, and whe the going got tough, she got going (as in disappeared).  Along the way she shared with me that she had been "careless with her legal aid Geoff" and had become pregnant", which is cute but a weird thing to share with a client. A few months later she notified all of her clients that she was taking extended maternity leave and filed paperwork to be released from the case.  $12,000 down the drain and two family law cases left unresolved, all because imho she was afraid to go to court on the matters.  Some attorneys just like to go to mediation and settle, but when the case is complex, as with ours, and when the opposing counsel wants to fight, they find an excuse to bail.  Jessica and the whole Pennington Law firm chose to bail, leaving me and my head injured son to invest in another attorney. Unprofessional and cowardly, don't hire the Pennington Law Firm unless your case is a cakewalk.

Pennington Law Firm's Jessica Houghtby is a lightweight in the courtroom, trembles at the presence of opposing counsel, crumbles and caves in to the demands of her opponents.
We invested over $16,000 in Pennington Law Firm's attorney  Jessica Houghtby on two family law cases on behalf of our traumatic brain injured  son, only to be abandoned by Pennington Law  Firm right before the cases were ready to either go to trial or to settle. Wasted time and money on a  no-go, no-show attorney. Do not put your faith or financial trust in this weak, troubled lawyer Jessica Houghtby or the Pennington Law Firm, as they will fail you and waste both your money and your time

Tyler is an outstanding attorney.  I first met Tyler when we had a case against each other.  He had a tough case and did an excellent job for his client.  He is ethical and professional through out the entire case and always stayed focused on the big picture through out the case.
