So this was my first time going to the new photo licensing location since they moved from up the street a little ways (where I think they still do the driver's tests). The facility is vey new! It is brightly lit, clean, and the ergonomics of the place are sensibly laid out. The ticket and queuing system they have in place makes the waiting time as little as it could possibly be and gives transparency in letting one know where one is in the whole process.

The staff was very helpful in my experience. I was getting my license renewed and just before I confirmed my address I noticed a typo in my street address. This wasn't the fault of the person taking my picture, it was misspelled on my camera card. I knew I didn't spell my street address wrong so I asked what could be done to fix this. I was immediately ushered over to another employee that printed it a digital record of my camera card form and confirmed I wasn't at fault. He printed me out a new camera card, I went back over to the original person helping me out, and I got my new license without any question. It was an easy experience that could have been much more of a headache if the employees acted like some of the negative reviews about this place claim they do. Kudos to the employees and management of this location. They are doing a great job.

I was very pleased with my experience. The lady that helped me was pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. I just came in for my renewal license photo. I had everything I needed and I was in and out less than 10 minutes. The staff was also helpful and informative with a patron that came in requiring a new license. They were closed but instructed them on how to get help when they were open. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

Perfect experience. First time at DMV and everyone I met was extremely polite and had senses of humor. There was no hassle and everything went by very quick after the waiting period (which was excellently calculated by the ticket, 31 minute wait time was on the dot!) It was also very handicap-accessible as I use a wheelchair and I did not even have to get up out of the chair for the ID picture. Would be happy to go again!

people in this office are nasty , not helpful at all. they get mad when they have  to explain procedures..someone is new to the process of getting a license so please explain the forms do not get mad if we are missing something..that why you are there for to help us.. but NO only 1 guy was nice in this office. SO RUDE! I feel like everyone was racist in this office.EXCEPT THE LADY AT FRONT DESK SHE WAS NICE AND HELPFUL.

I was helped promptly and had my license in less than 5 minutes. I had previously been to the Harleysville location where the equipment wasn't working and the customer service was poor. I wish I'd gone to Norristown first.
