Literally the worst experience with a company imaginable. I don't think the entire staff talks to each other at all. I had a piece of mirror dropped that needed cut and made an appointment for a Friday for it to be cut. The mirror sat in their office for 10 days without anyone touching it. I called multiple times and they told me to call the next day. Finally totally frustrated I called and yelled at them and guess what it gets finished that hour. Go and pick it up that day and it's half finished. Well it took them 10 days for them to decide that they can't cut curves in glass. Seriously???? Save your time and frustration and take your glass to state college to get cut.

The manager Terry Beers was excellent to work with, he has helped me on more than one occasion, he puts his life into this business and you can really tell, a really great guy and a really great company.
