This place is the WORST! My daughter went there with a confirmed diagnosis. She had been on a certain type of medication before that worked well for her. Not only did the doctor, and I use that term loosely, not give her a prescription for that type of medication she gave her nothing that actually treated the disorder that she has! When I tried to make a complaint the administrators were rude and did not listen to our complaint. Please DO NOT GO HERE if you want your voice to be heard and treated like an actual human being. I wish there was a 0 star rating because that it what this place deserves!

Had a friend in the program, and I live across the street. What A dump! Friend was no better after the program and committed suicide shortly thereafter..I suppose it serves its purpose as a fund generator. Would be excellent if a Penn State Hershey facility only. Pinnacle Health is the worst!

I was treated with compassion and respect by excellent doctors, nurses, therapists and behavioral health specialists. We had music and art and excellent food.

Sounds like a great place, but try to get an appointment. You won't. No room for new patients. Like everywhere else. Why? Everybody is catering to the drunks and drug addicts who made themselves sick with their own behavior.. They're at the front of the line ahead of new intakes who naturally have afflictions. Because they get inside referrals from Re-hab.

It is quite likely they have some success stories, but not for our son. He was in need of help right away, and we sacrificed our trust to get him to the door. They dropped the ball a number of times and did not give my son a plan to be safe on day 1, or even day 2. They could not place him in the right age appropriate support group. We ended up pulling him out and got billed for almost $900 for 3 days which were really a half day, 1 day, then another half. I am totally appalled and cannot suggest this place with any kind words. Sorry. That's just the way it went.
