Horrible place to live. I would not recommend to anyone. I can't wait until I move out of here. You have to jump thru hoops to get on the lease and if you have children forget them getting enrolled in school. They want you to be the typical trailer trash. Everyone in the office don't know anything except Linda, she is the only one that has a brain on her. This place blows!!! They think this is a 5 star park when it's not even a 1 start park.

They tell you what can be done every year with a new lease and they're changing all the rules and Lanes on us oh and you also pay taxes on land You Don't Own
