Excellent service, beautiful decor,  breath taking views, fine dining breakfast and the best people I've ever met.  I highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a place to stay in coulterville , CA.  Also. It is near Yosemite, Sonora, Don Pedro Lake, beautiful hiking spots, floral shops, a wonderful cafe owned by Andy and much much more.  Don't miss out on this one in a life time experience.

Thank you very much, Margi and Wolfgang, for your warm and caring hospitality. Our whole family had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed the view, our room (great bed!) and delicious breakfast. We look forward to our next stay at the Lookout!

Very small hotel far enough from any settlement. Peaceful place with a splendid mountain view. Nothing but birds in the morning. Vintage interior (though fridge in the room a little loud). Beautifully served substantial breakfast. Hostess a little bit strict but nice old lady.
Stayed there for one night and really enjoyed  the place.

I was rudely informed that my reservation was cancelled ~ within 24 hours of making it ~ because I asked to include my 2 tweens. I WAS CHARGED regardless. And informed that if I attempted to dispute that charge I would get charged MORE. Very RUDE innkeeper.  How do they stay in business??

And I quote from the email:

PS  A dispute will result in a 100% charge of your cancellation fee on top of what I have already charged you.
  Your security is unnecessary.

REALLY? My Security is Unnecessary??
