Customer service really sucks at this place. I called them from Lake George and let them know that we would be there right at 5pm due to my son having something in his eye. I called back at 4:55pm letting them know that we may be a minute late. We pulled in at 5:01pm and the lady had already locked the door but informed me that I should just go to the ER instead which is great but everyone knows what the ER costs. So we ended up going to the ER and they were fantastic!! I would not even waste your time with this place. I would recommend just driving to the Springs if you don't want to go to the ER.

My husband and I have gone to this facility many times over the years. My husband had to go there on Sat march 25th 2017 for a severe bronchitis infection. The staff as usual, were friendly and helpful. Dr Leach was the best. Knowledgeable and informative and the best bedside manners. And my husband had a call back on Monday! We don't get that from the Divide Clinic!

If you value your health, try to go elsewhere. Nurse Lance has no business being in medicine. Typical medical "professional". Zero empathy with a sizable attitude. Don't waste your time here.

Ace and bob were amazing. They took great care of me. Ace gave me a shot and im usually extremely sensitive when it comes to shots but she is so good at whT she does it was absolutely painless and when you suffer from chronic pain that means the world to me!
