I made a reservation for a 12 foot box truck to be picked up at 11 am.  I was contacted by Penske at 10 am the same day asking if I can wait until 12 to pick up my vehicle.  I explained to the employee that I can not wait because I must be somewhere by 2pm. The employee told me I would have a vehicle by 11 am and not to worry.  When I arrived to pick up my vehicle at 11 it was not there, even though I was assured that it would be.  Since the truck was late I was unable to finish what I had to do in time to make my 2 pm appointment.  I had to return the vehicle early  and did not have time to even refuel the vehicle.  I understood this would cost me another charge.  Two days later I was billed $32 for 4 gallons of gas, such an unreasonable charge.  I explained to customer service the reason I was unable to fuel up was because the vehicle was late to arrive, she saw that it was and said there is nothing she can do.  Terrible customer experience from start to finish, very deceitful and straight lied about the availability of my vehicle.  Never again will I rent a vehicle from here.

Terrible to buy used trucks from. Never fix it up to their own standards set on their website. Use different dealer.
