Absolute terrible experience with Penske truck rental. I had nothing but issues. Had to bring the rental truck back twice. The first time the tires were bald so they "rotated them into the back of the truck" so I wouldn't get vibrations in he steering. Second time I brought it back because of vibrations when stopping and was told the rotors were warped and to not worry about it. Then when it rained the cab and he bed leaked my stuff got soaked along with me inside of the cab driving!! When brought these problems to the attention of the rental place I was laughed at and told "I should have paid more for the truck and should be happy I got a good deal" not satisfied I called Josh Staples the "regional manager" and left a voicemail and was never returned.

The absolute worst place to rent a penske truck. Jonathan told me that the 26' truck that I had reserved had been sent somewhere else but the just got one in. The trucks fuel gauge didn't work they said after it warms up it works, no it didn't. Was told the back hitch was bent up to make it stronger. No. And it had chunks of rubber missing in the tires I was going to drive it 2700 miles and they rented it to me. It rode like riding on a wash board. I had them give me another truck after two days what a pain.
