Unfortunately, I found the operations at People First Credit Union in Whitehall to be poorly run.  I believe it's because there is a lack of professional customer service skills and training.

OMG WHEN ARE THEY GETTING RID OF SUSAN??? SHE IS ALWAYS SO UNPLEASANT. NEVER SMILES OR SAYS HI... CRABBY WHENEVER I GO THERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!! WHEN I GO THERE I TRY TO GET A DIFFERENT TELLER. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO SAYS THIS.

They have made technological upgrades the past few years which was needed. Overall, mostly pleasant experiences with the staff and services. I recommend PFCU over the mega-banks.
