The alternator in my car failed. Called for towing my car and I waited for 2 hours. I have to put the car overnight in the store. They told me to change the battery and alternator. The shop chose pretty expensive parts and insisted they were the cheapest. The staff didn't apply any discount which shows on website. What made me more upset was the door handle and the hood cover were stained with oil. Definitely avoid this shop next time.

Went there for an oil change with appointment. Took more than two hours. Staff was courteous. They have a coffee machine and a popcorn machine. Popcorn machine doesn't work. Overall hoped experience. Taking two stars off because of high wait time.

They gave me a 6 o'clock appointment and didn't look at my car until 7:15 ridiculous, you don't give someone an appointment and not honor the time you give them.

I had two visits, first time the wait time was higher and they postponed wheel alignment to next day as they were short of resources, next day I was well prepared to wait and to my surprise it was quick ....overall satisfied and will go again, but their waiting area can be improved a lot, their competition has much cleaner waiting areas with lot of refreshments

I have been patronizing this Pep Boys for the last eight months. I own a 1996 Lexus. I have had my air conditioning serviced, several oil changes, replaced head lights, replaced tires, etc. I realize it is human nature to complain about auto repairs, as they are costly. But if you are seriously unhappy with your service and not because of the expense, speak to Justin, the manager. He is extremely compassionate, fair and willing to work with a fair and reasonable request. My car is my livelihood, as I commute 120 miles, five days per week. It is thanks to Justin that I feel safe in my vehicle during my commute and the work that is performed. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere but to this Pep Boys. I make an appointment ahead of time and wait for my vehicle. The repair time is reasonable. I wish patrons would take a moment to recognize that these mechanics are human, too and will work through any issues that are justified. I will continue to patronize this Pep Boys for all of the aforementioned reasons and suggest you do so, as well. Today, (10-7-17) I had the pleasure of having my front brakes, rotors and an oil change. Anyone who said they received poor service on their brakes must not know what good brakes are supposed to feel like. If half of the drivers on the road didn't tailgate, they would be able to distinguish the difference. Justin, as always, explained that my sliders were frozen and were now repaired. They are honest enough to tell me that my rear brakes are still good, which again, they could have told me otherwise. Kevin, the man who did the brake job, thank you as they are outstanding and I feel better on the road. If you are going to Pep Boys for any lengthy service, be patient...you cannot expect fast food service and good work at the same time, if you do don't go here...because they really care about the work they do...and I got a $50. rebate...thank you
