Staff called me the morning of my oil change appointment to let me know the website had triple that time slot. Spoke with Dan, he was very nice about giving me options when I was unsure of when I'd next be available. They were able to fit me in the same day as planned but an hour earlier. Staff was pleasant when I arrived but had some difficulty finding my appointment in their system. All in all I was in and out in about an hour for an oil change. I appreciated that no additional services or products were pushed on me. I wish that the Pep Boys website linked with the store's actual availability.

Gave me a free oil change when i booked an appointment online that a service representative didn't honor. I know better now though not to booked online appointments. They don't truly reflect the availability of the actually store location. Best if you call or walk-in to try to see their  availability for you to be seen.

They do a better job here than the one on rt 18. Keep in mind they do not care about appointments, so don't even bother getting one online. It's first come first serve, regardless. I waited 2 hours for an oil change (yea right for the 30min promise advertised in commercials). That being said, definitely double check your tire pressure after you leave. Having you leave with a 55 psi tire that says 44psi max is a bit insane. None of the tire pressures were even. Also they tried charging for a balance that they didn't do after removing a nail. Keep an eye on this.

This place takes a long time to fix something soo simple and at the end they did nothing car has the same problem I thought pep boys had a professional people working

The store was a little disorganized. They had a new guy working alone, which he tried his best to keep the line moving, but just like any job its a learning experience. The manager(s) seemed to be to busy to help direct, or jump in and lead by example. Instead they were just standing around, and yelling across the store. For managers they were not very professional.
