Most people are hesitant of visiting auto mechanic shops that are franchises or big companies, for a good reason.

However, Josh, the store manager of this location is such a good and honest individual that this Pep Boys is where we take all the family vehicles.

I went yesterday to get an oil change. They were wonderful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. David and Collin were fantastic! I'll definitely be going back.

Had front end alignment done last week and was told I needed a cam kit installed on the front driver's side. No problem, had it done. Went back to get it re-aligned after kit was installed. Now I'm being told the passenger side needs a cam kit. Why couldn't they tell me this before? They are here to rip you off! They got a one star because I can't go any lower! Go someplace else people!!! I came here to save money, not to drain my bank account! Very angry ex customer here!!!

Pepboys did refund me for the alignment and parts. But I still need to have the alignment done. I do NOT and will NOT recommend this place to anyone! You want the job done right? Go to Dick Stark Alignment!

I'm updating a previous review of having nothing but problems with General Altimax RT43 tires on my Toyota Camry which I purchased at tlhis Pep Boys.  The tires have caused an wobbly ride at lower speeds.  (Like the tires have flat spots or are "out of round)  We have checked the balance multiple times, exchanged out two tires that looked "out of round" and have rotated them, all to no avail.   Go figure - they look like great tries but just don't work with my Camry.  Pep Boys has been very patient overall with my situation and I know they are losing money with all the work they have done for me.  Fortunately, General Tire had a 45 day satisfaction guarantee and after contacting them, they agreed to give me a credit towards any other tires I wanted.  I decided to replace them with Continental PureContacts and am in the process of having the replaced.  This Pep Boys has always been courteous to me and has always had fair prices.  Sometimes their communications and follow up with me has not been the best, but overall, I would go back to them again.

Ridiculous service,  
Simple oil change turned out to be hassle like never before.  After an hour of waiting after appointment time finall mechanic took my truck to the shop, having  truck on the lift he realized that there is no oil filter in the shop for  f150 so another hour I've spent waiting for filter delivery. 
 Thanks, never again,
