Was treated with little respect. I had the truck towed there after business hours for an alternator repair. Next morning the called me every two hours quoting me work after work that needed to be done after all the coolant magically froze overnight. They charge 150% more per part than pep boys website so do your research when they quote you a job. They will price match only if you have a quote from a competitor before work is done. From one of the managers "of course we mark them high that's how we make money." Three or four different technicians touched my car and all had vague answers about the extra work. Did not contact me for three days...I had to do the investigating and figuring out what's going on with my car. One technician (name? I wont be that mean to Richard...oops) hung up the phone on me mad and no one called me back.
I didnt see honest Abe here I think he has moved to a more reputable company. First time and last using PepBoys. 
I spent two hours reviewing my bill with technicians and manager they lowered it $600 so the final unnecessary wound was $2600. Ahh I forgot to mention now my Ac and Heat do not work because of them. They quoted me another 1K to fix it. Nah thanks. Enough is enough.
Beware... Manager informed me that mechanichs "do not like customers because they dont know about cars". I guess that's why Richard hung up on me. 

If you drop your vehicle here "may the force be with you" or tow it somewhere else. Budget breaks gave me reasonable quotes for basic work and they will show you your car and teach you about the repairs... Not treat you like an imbecile. And if you need tires Oliver Pro Tires just opened half a mile down the road and have more professional staff and good prices. And I bet your car's steering wheel wont be cover in grease like mine ;)

Hope this help you think twice before you tell them "go ahead".

I always have a great experience here. I have never spent more than a hour if that waiting on my car. Very friendly and honest!

My experience was very positive. Recieved the coupon discount on my oil change without having to ask. Got a new tire and had the rest balanced. Car drives great now.

PEP BOYS IS ONE OF THE BEST AUTO SERVICE & TIRE PLACE IN HUNTSVILLE, AL !!!! THEY ARE VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND FAST SERVICE. I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT HAS BEEN DONE TO MY CAR!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!!

Had to come to this location which isn't our usual go to for extensive A.C. repair. These guys had quite the challenge in fixing and rose to it. Thanks so much for the superb job you all did.
