This is one reason I change my own oil....

Made an online appointment for 6 PM Saturday and it was confirmed via email. (See Photo)
Went to appointment 10-15 minutes early just to make sure there would be no issues.
Manager was behind the counter and doors were locked.
All the bay doors were still open and they had an empty rack.
Manager said they were closed?!?! At 10 minutes to 6?
Either the website doesn't communicate with the individual Pep Boys or they wanted to go home early.
Either way, sorry Pep Boys. You lost a customer.

Do Not Take Your Car Here!!!
Under Active Bureau Of Automotive Repair (BAR) Investigation!!! 
This Pep Boys is a joke. Less than 20 miles after I brought my car here to get it checked for a small knocking sound the engine blew. I received a "Comprehensive Vehicle Inspection" and authorized all the repairs they said were necessary. When I got the car back it was making a louder knocking sound and within 20 miles the engine blew stranding me on the side of the road. Now they want 3000 for a new engine. I called customer service and have gotten the run around for almost 5 weeks! It is now almost 2 months since they "repaired" my car and my engine blew. Still don't have my car and have literally not gotten a call back from anyone in 5 weeks despite calling every week and being assured they would call back with in 48hours. This is hands down the worst automotive repair experience I have ever had.

The staff was friendly but they did not do a good job- I got an oil change and a check on my tire pressure because I thought i had a nail. They missed the fact there was a nail and I got a flat a week later from the slow leak. I also had to get another oil change about a month later as the oil was low for no reason at all. There was no leak. In conclusion, I do not trust this service.

I came at the end of the day when they were ready to go home but they stayed and changed my tires for me. Very fast friendly service.
