I recommend this shop. They do a hard right instead of an easy wrong. Story time: They could have easily taken advantage of the little situation I was in. I had a visible nail in the tire. John just pulled the nail out of the tire, sprayed some water on it and handed me back the keys. No charge. He said there was no damage done. Thank you for being honest.

What a great repair center.  Manager Jim was a pleasure to speak with.  Let me know what I needed, and a few issues I could wait on.  Honesty is their focus at this place.  Will keep coming back!!!

Outstanding customer service. I called, they gave me a time to bring my tire up and were able to take care of me in short order. Cant thank them enough for helpjng me get back on the road so I could drive to work on Monday!!

Lyft inspection. Free. Very quick, in and out in 15 minutes. I think it's Jim that assisted today. Excellent customer service!

Typical greedy auto shop aggressively trying to up the cost at the expense of repeat business. They charged me $200 just to take a battery that I had bought elsewhere and switch it out with the old plus 2 headlamp bulbs that were $25 each. This price is indefensible, they were done in less than half an hour. I've worked at many auto shops myself, I understand pricing.he told me $30 over the phone for the battery. It's a pep boys but they have no store even...place is an absolute dump to wait in. If you don't like the estimate and they know you have no choice and would have to tow it to another shop, they will hit you hard. Also when I protested because of his first estimate, he said the estimate they give doesn't mean a thing then why did he give it to me?? They're horrible, if you take offense to people trying to steal your hard earned money, do NOT go here! Cheers!
