Well I can say the pizza is amazing, most of the food is. The delivery drivers are wonderful and friendly. I am giving one star because of the customer service on the phone when ordering food for delivery and when at the counter. The girl at the front or whoever answers the phone is so rude and seems inconvenienced when I call. I will not be giving my business here anymore until there is a change. I've never seen a manager either. The prices are not terrible, the wait time is. I'd rather give my business to Papa John's where I am welcomed and I can get big discounts with coupons and don't have to wait an hour and a half for my pizza. Sad to say because I love supporting local businesses and the food is so good.

Honestly can't tell you how the food is.  Didn't get that far.  Walked in, sat down, was not acknowledged or greeted.  Sat there for 5 to 10 minutes, while a rude teenage girl took call in orders, then got up and left.  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.  WON'T BE BACK.  There's a good Mexican restaurant 20 steps away in an adjacent complex.  Go there, it's very good!

The only reason peppers gets two stars is because the food is good. Not great, but good. The staff is very unprofessional, talking about how filthy the lobby is. I couldn't tell you who the manager is to be honest. They all seem like unsupervised  children. Yelling back and forth from the kitchen was pretty frustrating too. The girl at the counter put a customer on hold and asked another girl to answer it even though she was standing right near it and had nothing better to do. Personally, putting in a call in order here is less than pleasant. The girl has no manners on the phone whatsoever and seems to be annoyed that you even called. When you get put on hold, forget it. You're gonna be sitting for a while. If you want basic food,with poor service, come to peppers.

Pizza and prices are great. Cheeseburgers and fries were nasty. The girl at the counter is very unprofessional. The guy that brought our food out was not very nice and never responded to our "Thank you". Won't be back.

We discovered Pepper's when we moved in last year and I have been impressed with the pizza and calzones when we have ordered. The price is very affordable and the pizza is a good quality. There are very few places that deliver to our area but Pepper's is one that does. Our food is always hot when we order.

I am not a huge fan of their deep dish but like their regular crust. Their calzones are also really good and huge. My husband and I usually share one. They have a dining area so you can eat inside if you would like. 

The staff has always been friendly and we have never had any problems.
