We loved it here. We stayed in the Tuscany Tower on the top floor - 19. Our room was huge And beautiful  (which they upgraded for free). Lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel/casino area.  Plus we had an event in the ballroom so it was super convenient for us.   I definitely recommend if you are staying in Reno.

I love this spa. I have never been disappointed with my treatments and love the spa overall.  They give 20% locals discount all the time unlike other local spas so you can enjoy on the weekend too. The scrub and massage are my favorite. The food is good but does take a bit to get to you. Still a well worth visit.

This hotel has amazing rooms, spacious and swanky. The food is delicious, especially at ocean restaurant. The gambling is plentiful, and the odds seemed pretty good. The service was excellent as well. And if you join the rewards club, they are generous and frequent with their offers. Will definitely go back.

There is a reason this is one of the top rated hotels in Reno.  I have stayed in both the Peppermill and Tuscany towers.  The rooms are elegant and we'll appointed.  Clean, well maintained, and with responsive and friendly staff.  There are a lot of options for food although most are a bit pricey.  Valet is fast and free.  The casino is fun to play at with personable dealers.  Comps on your players card are generous.
I have to travel to Reno regularly and I've given up looking for other options.  There's just no reason to.

I have been to Peppermill many times.  Service is always great. The hotel is super clean.  The restaurants are first rate. They have an awesome gym. The pools are open year round unlike some of the other  casinos that close their pools in winter.  Overall a 5 star experience.
