I have been going to Dr. Peppes for almost 20 years. I have never had anything but wonderful experiences when there. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist because my mouth is difficult to get numb if having a filling, etc.; however, Dr. Peppes goes above and beyond to make sure I am always comfortable! Also, his staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Sue greets everyone with a smile and is always so pleasant. My hygienist, Dara, is wonderful as well. Because Peppes Dental is the BEST in my opinion (and my husband's), our adult children and our grandchildren also go there! I know they would echo my sentiments about this great practice!

It was my first time going to Peppes and I'm very satisfied. I was checked in and brought back for my imaging and data gathering right on time, and the entire appointment lasted exactly what I was told it would. The doctor took the time to introduce himself, explain the process, and all the details that went into my examination and my options moving forward. He didn't seem to be in a rush like many doctors do, and I felt I was receiving great attention. Their insurance representative had everything ready for me on the way out for the estimated costs through my insurance for the proposed future treatments, it was very organized. Their office is clean, organized and comfortable, really liked the place! I'm happy I chose Peppe's and hope that it can be my long-term dental care clinic.

I choose Peppes Dental because it was close to my office, but I feel so fortunate to have found such a caring group of people and such a great dentist is Dr. Peppes. The hygienists are gentle and knowledgeable in using the latest techniques to keep your teeth clean and your smile bright! Dr. Peppes' approach to dental care is very methodical. He will develop a plan to address your needs including a timeline for your dental care and what the cost will be. It's always nerve-wracking to get in the dentists' chair, but Dr. Peppes and his staff will do their very best to make you comfortable and set your mind at ease through all your procedures. I have been trusting Dr. Peppes and his dental assistant, Collette (and Gina occasionally), with my teeth for decades. And even though many people complain about having to go to the dentist, that NEVER has been my experience and feeling. Granted, I've had a minimal of issues during that time, but frankly I can honestly say every time I've come from an appointment its been pleasant and rewarding. Pleasant in that lying back in that chair to get my teeth cleaned is actually relaxing and calming. Rewarding in that seeing them again, after so many years, is always like visiting family.

I have been a patient of Dr Peppes now for 15 years +. My dental care has always been 1st class from how I am treated at the receptionist, the hygienist, Dr Peppes and billing . I have referred several friends that are current and satisfied patients as well . A friendly , actually enjoyable and quality experience and dental practice .
