Craig and Lance switched out a battery on one off our devices.  They were on time (early actually) and very efficiently put in  new battery.  They also tested the strength of the battery that backs up the whole system to very its condition.  They did a very good job.

Per Mar Security Services has been fabulous to work with.  We've been a customer for many years and continue to be extremely satisfied with their service and products.  Craig Richason is one of my go to technicians due to his expertise with a wide variety of security and fire topics.  He always goes above and beyond when he comes to service our locations to make sure we know how our equipment works and why it is working a certain way (which I appreciate greatly).  He also does a great job at following up with us to make sure things are still performing as expected and to see if we have any additional questions or concerns.  Great job, Per Mar and Craig!!!!

Great experience. Craig Richards was courteous and very knowledgeable. Took care of the problem and explained things throughly. He was at our place within an hour of calling. Great service. Thank you Craig

Craig Richason is very knowledgeable on our fire system, weather I have a question  to ask him on the phone or when he does our work on site.
