Attorney Perduk has helped me with a few concerns and issues I've been dealing with for 2 years. He has always been very responsive and explains options and suggests ways to move forward.  His staff has been extremely helpful and reassuring as well.

David Perduk is an arrogant guy , and really doesn't care about the client .. I have filed a case through him and he ignored all my requests and decided to go with what he would like to do . Kind of lazy basically, he have templates from previous cases and want to use them instead of work with me on the case... My advice do not hire and if you are already involved, do not trust him and review all the papers before he submit anything to the court on your behalf.
