We had an hour to kill before checking in to our hotel to celebrate a birthday stopped here for a cigar was very welcoming. They let us relax in the smoking lounge even though we were not members. Thanks for the great customer service was perfect start to great weekend.

Great cigar shop. Great service. The only thing that sucks is the Minnesota tax.

I understand where people are coming from about feeling uncomfortable, like you're an outsider invading. Also, there's nothing reasonable about the prices. The selection is ok, but not amazing. The prices though, holy cow it's 3+ dollar mark up on a cigar that is under 10 bucks typically. The Marco v black sapphire is my go to everyday because it's great for the money. It was almost 10 bucks when normally I pay 6.39. I know you've gotta make some money, but wow. I just honestly feel that the accommodations don't justify the costs at this location. I'm someone that passes through on occasion when I'm working in St Paul. No issues with customer service or anything like that.

I have been visiting Perfect Ash for years. The service is great. The clientele are nice and welcoming folks. Their pricing is competitive, so I find it hard to believe an earlier comment about prices. Charging a premium for a cigar? Really, its 2015, not 1952! I have NEVER EVER been ignored, the staff is always responsive, helpful and friendly. To claim otherwise is something I find very hard to believe.
