I have been going to see this eyebrow artist for 10years. I live 40mins away but I remain loyal because she is hands down the best and most precise eyebrow artist in Michigan!! Quick. Clean. Great pricing!! Phenomenal service!!

My eyebrows are terrible. They did not listen to me when I just said a clean up- they threaded my eyebrows very thin. PLUS a different person did each eyebrow because someone that the original person knew walked in. So the shapes were DIFFERENT and TERRIBLE. Never going back. Good price, but you'll pay for it in other ways.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. 
This lady is extremely RUDE. She will yell at you if you tell her what you want or even if you ask her just to give you a minute. Today was the last time I went there she is beyond rude and I do not need the need to continue to put up with it. Honestly, surprised how she is still in business. She does a good job with the eyebrows for the most part. OH and she will also demand her tip. She really has some anger management issues. I am not usually the type to write a review but today she went too far. I do not go somewhere for a service that I am paying for to be yelled at she needs to learn how to treat her customers better.

I started coming here because it's close to my house. The lady is  so unprofessional and rude it's truly sad the way she treats her customers. I came in there with my daughter and i was looking down and
At my phone waging for my turn in line to sit in the chair. I am a older women, when I look up she let the people that had just walked to sit in the chairs and yelled at me that I should be watching. So I just waited and when it was my turn she started to yell at me to hurry and sit down. I walk with a cane. My daughter was paying for me and the whole time we were in there the lady's husband thought we were going to leave without paying. No to mention this place isn't very clean, she's so mean and nasty as well as her husband and she rushes you out of the place and messes up Your eyebrows. When ,e and daughter walk in there was two ladies complaining about the job she did on them. The only reason why I waited around for her to do mine was because she had done them before. BIG MISTAKE but never again.

I've been going to see Penny for over 10 years.  Been to all her locations and watching her expand and grow.  She is amazing.  My husband loves her work too. I really don't understand the negative feedback.
