Delinda is unprofessional and my hair was destroyed she was so rude and was even yelling at another hairdresser right in front of me I will never go back while she is there!!!!You lost a customer and I’ve been at lots of perfect looks all over but I will never go back to the Medford ones agat!!!

Sitting in the lobby, I have never heard employees so argumentative​ about doing highlights on dyed hair! 
The customer still had it done, but I'm severely disappointed in your staff this afternoon!

I brought a picture in to the shop.  The manager of this Perfect Look cut my hair.  I have never had a haircut that matched the picture like the cut I got at Perfect Look.  The manager was 'the best'
