One of my biggest fears is going to the dentist.  Just had a second visit this week, and I have to say that Dr. Kad and her team were wonderful.  They really took the time to ease my anxiety while into the procedure.  Usually, I have some discomfort the following day, but not this time.  Thank you all!

TODAY WAS MY FIRST VISIT WITH DR. KAD.  I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXCELLENT CARE THAT I RECEIVED FROM HER & HER ASSISTANT VICTORIA. AS ALWAYS, TIM IN THE FRONT OFFICE WAS A PLEASURE TO SEE. THE  OFFICE ON CUBERO MAKES GOING TO THE DENTIST LESS  OF A STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE.

I was seen by your office today and I have to say that the dentist and hygienist were good. The receptionist basically does not know how the insurance works They say that my insurance pays for a percentage of my cleaning. They say that my insurance would turn down my charge if they billed it differently. I called my insurance company which is United dental. They informed me that they  give the facility only a flat fee. I had one area that had some periodontal maintenance on twice in the last year. They say I should be charged a $55.00 charge plus the 10.00 office visit from now on. I have been paying $20.00 for many years for my semi annual cleanings. My insurance tells me that it is at the facilities discretion on what they bill you for and classify the type of patient you are. So beware that you know going in what type of patient you are. I had signed up for only a routine semi annual cleaning today.

Service was very good and very friendly but am moving on.  When I accepted the work to be done I specifically asked if the work was covered under my insurance and receptionist verified it.  Was later billed $523 due to a late entrant deal (my insurance did not cover).  Seems to me this is something that should have been caught by the receptionist prior to the work.

I found Perfect Teeth- Cubero to be an excellent and Professional office. All the staff were friendly. I was seen in time and received excellent care. What made it so nice was the friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this Dental clinic to anyone.
