We have shopped Performance Footwear for several years now. Top brands and always good service. Great wool selections. Great clothing, shoes & packs. We support local ownership.

I picked up a set of Brooks trail running shoes a couple of weeks before the Wenatchee Marathon, probably got a good 20 runs out of them and one of the lace loops broke. They gave me a in-store credit with no questions asked! I ended up getting a nice set of Merrell's at a similar price. The guy getting my shoes was very informative and helpful. I'll be buying shoes from here from now on.

They sell last year's styles at 25% above this year's prices, and they don't waste much customer service on anyone not well heeled.. Questions about returns have got me a sneer and a "we don't do rentals." I want to like this place, and buy our outdoor stuff here, but the owners obviously think they're better than me. Whatevs -- Amazon doesn't.

Fantastic selection of shoes for hiking and trail running. Nice selection of outdoor clothing too such as Lucy, Kuhl, Royal Robbins. Nice service.
