I've been taking my 3 BMW's to PMW for over 12 years. Dave and Dan provide the best all around customer experience. Honest diagnosis, repairs are timely, costs are reasonable and their mechanics do quality work. Most recently Dave and Dan helped me get my car to the shop with out having to tow it. The problem was minor, they repaired it that day and I was back on the road. It's that type of service that keeps me coming back. People I have recommended keep going back. I'll be a customer for life.

Performance has everything you want in an independent shop. They have invested in the specialized equipment and have the knowhow to work on these cars better, in my opinion , than a dealership. I've taken my mini there for 5 years. They are honest, hardworking, knowledgeable guys who don't oversell work, charge a fair price, and stand behind their work. They even gave me free second opinions on needed scope and cost of repairs when I had a breakdown in San Diego and had to have repairs done down there, and I've called them several times on the road for advice when there have been problems.
