I believe Ms. Diana is her name,
 and the cook were very welcoming. We ordered to go and we were kind of late coming in close to closing time so some things were out but they were courteous about it. The cleaning lady was actually wiping down the portraits and walls (that is so rare but so satisfying to see).

Good selection on the menu, fair prices, nice, clean environment and super nice personal working there. The food was good. Easy to get to and good traffic flow.

They were a little short staffed so they had trouble seating people as well as serving them in a timely manner, but the employees they had worked quickly and were quite friendly. It is also worth noting that the place was kept clean. 
Food was like any other Perkins food.

Visit there regularly when in Casper. They always have great food and service. I really enjoy the service and atmosphere especially when I want a good hot meal.

There is quality you can count on here. Friendly service.  It is not an amazing place,  not amazing prices,  not amazing food,  not amazing cleanliness,  but good all around.  No major complaints sand a very nice place to have breakfast if you are over in that part of town. Not to mention a 10% coupon from the chamber of commerce.
