Food is great...service is great. This is my and the kids new favorite place to go 😀 Try the Tremendous 12 breakfast if you’re really hungry. I usually get the grilled Tilapia with steamed broccoli and it’s been excellent every time. They have a great selection of desserts to take home...cookies, cakes, pies. And good muffins the size of softballs ⚾️

The food was good. Service was slow. Some of us did not get a refill on our drinks. Definitely room for improvement. Muffins there are great!

Perkins has good quality food. It's a place you can usually count on consistent service as well. The desserts and muffins are excellent.

Had an avocado bacon and turkey sandwich...it was awesome! I normally only choose pancakes on the rare occasions we tag along here with friends. We were a large group, waiter was terrific. I'll be coming back for this sandwich.

National home style American chain. Never had a wait, but have nor tried on a Sunday morning. Staff have always been friendly, menu has good variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner available 24/7. Price is fair, portions seem to vary though. Great comfort food spot.
