Food was good, however, didn't look like the pictures in the menu. Service, waitress was cheerful and helpful, although service was very slow. Prices were average for what you would pay elsewhere.

It's a Perkin's the food is average. The staff at this location is the best and always provides good service. Makes it worth stopping in to eat.

Slow service. Waitresses were nice but food shouldn't take that long.  Price was right.

Great prices on breakfast items, decent coffee with olenty of creamer/sugar selections. Good pancakes with delicious syrups. Service varies from excellent (server brought crayons & kids' coloring paper AND small bowl of grapes to my 20 month old girl - BEFORE MY COFFEE ARRIVED!) to ok (late night can be tricky if there's only one server and an entire team from the local high school was just seated - tough to get attention if that's happening). 
A decent choice for brunch, and a great choice for early breakfast.

Had good food and a really nice server.  It pretty much sucks however when you hold the door for a group of 8 standing next to an ashtray full of stinky cigarette butts.  I thought ashtrays and smoking were supposed to be at least 50' away from entrance. At least clean it up.  Pretty gross.
