We got there at 9:30, we were seated at about 10:10. Not to mention there was no hostess, and when I asked the woman ringing people up how long the wait would be, she gave a me a dirty look and said, "I don't know, I'm not over there. It's not my job to know" and then proceeded to walk away. After we finally got seated, we sat for about 15 minutes before getting our orders taken. After that we waited another half hour for our food. My friends meal was messed up, they forgot 2 parts of her meal, they attempted to fix it and then brought out the wrong food again. I usually love the chicken strip melt but, this time it was burnt and poorly made. About 1/3 of my fries were burnt and blackened. The manager was friendly and attempted to help the situation. This was the worst experience I've had at a perkins ever. The food was not worth the wait or the bad customer service. The only positive part of the evening was the manager, who was kind and did what she could to help.

The food and waitress were good .but we waited 35 min. To get our food...eggs and hashbrowns, we did receive a complimentary muffin. Which was nice but 35 min. Is too long to wait for eggs.

Dirty and smelled like vomit on entry. No hot water in the bathroom. The pie case has a black colored mold growing on the outside and dead flying bugs scattered inside the case.

Very settle environment. Went during a non-busy time, so wait wasn't long nor was the wait for the food. Average food nothing over the top. They have a wonderful meal deals for the price it's worth. Overall the place is decent.

The place smells really old and stale. Kind of like an old cigarette smell. Food was ok service really slow. Need to remodel this place.
