Waited for an extremely long time to be seated or even acknowledged  (approx 22 min)  service was fine, but wait time on food  was ridiculously long (40 min). When food finally arrived there was no chicken on the "chicken Alfredo pasta"...Then, because strawberries were in season I asked for a Strawberry pie to be boxed up to go...I was then told it would be ANOTHER 10-15 minutes bc they didn't have any ready...at 1130 in the morning?? Seriously?? Then to top it all off, as I was trying to pay my bill, I mentioned to the assistant manager the long wait times and she went off on me and humiliated me by NOT allowing me to pay my bill...she was very snide and loud and many people were staring at my son and I while she ranted about how busy she was and she couldn't be expected to "be able to do everything"  I tried 3 times to give my payment and she refused to take it.  I will NEVER again return to this restaurant which is so sad because when I worked my way through college I worked at Perkins as a waitress...all my good memories as one of my first jobs have been tainted by the hateful manager working that day.

It was a great breakfast. Our waitresses was great. She had things there before we needed them.

Complements to the Chef!  Food was prepared and served like he/she cared about food and those who were served!  Best I've had in a long time and that includes all the restaurants I've been to.

We had to leave because we had no service and couldn't order. I went up to the front desk  to ask for a waiter because we were ready to order. She did nothing. We waited a long time later and finally left. I told the front desk that we were leaving because we got no service.  She didn't seem to care.

The food was very good and the staff was very kind. But... I had to wait literally 25 mins to get my egg omelet with hash browns and cakes. Overall I probably wouldn't come back. Mostly cause I lice over 300 miles away.
