Don't know what changed since the last time we had breakfast here 6 months ago... Every single staff member had a smile and a "have a great day", the food was quire reasonably priced, arrived quickly and tasted great... We'll be back again and again. Edit: Since this review, we've made Perkins our twice-a-month breakfast joint. Consistently quality food, good prices, and the staff are just tops. Don't miss out!

We were evacuated from Joe rich last night due to the wild fire, we were given accommodations at the Ramada which was awesome. Unfortunately we got food vouchers to Perkins. We ordered breakfast and I sent my gf down to grab the food, I stayed behind in the room because we had the dogs with us. She returned with no food, the manager explained their was a 7$ charge because the voucher was only good for 10$ a piece (we didn't know the value, nor was there any mention of us owing money upon pick up). The manager was extremely rude, when she said she was unaware of the outstanding money, he quickly replied "not my problem" and walked away. If you're the manager and reading this be glad you weren't dealing with me, I'm the boyfriend and I would have shoved those eggs right up your nostrils. We have money were not poor, we would have gladly gave them the extra change. Now I will never ever eat here. Terrible customer service. VERY unprofessional. *HAVE YOU NOTICED HOW MANY ONE STAR REVIEWS THERE IS? YOU NEED TO GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME LOSERS*

Horrible service. We walked in there this morning at 10 am. Gentleman with beard walked up to to us, no hi nothing. " HOW MANY ? " I SAID 2 please. He says name ? I said Lori and he write down karen. I just said no sorry my name is Lori. HE LOOKED AT US AND SAYS. " I REALLY DON'T CARE ! " I was shocked and told him we will go elsewhere with better service. Thanks for the horrible service and we will never return again.

Service seemed to be off this day. Visiting from out of town seen a few locals arguing with the servers. Waiters seemed distracted and not very attentive. Dissatisfied I could not substitute the food in my meal as eggs make me sick. People who arrived after us were served first. Waited 10 mins before our order was taken. And waited almost 30 minutes for 3 plates of breakfast to be brought to the table. The restaurant was not busy by any means less than 50% full. On the plus side the food was decent once it arrived

Slow service, slightly better than cafeteria level food. Not to say the food is bad,but chains have to go bland to play to lowest common denominator and thier frozen food chain. I get that's a problem with all chains, but dare call yourself a restaurant and you should be held to that standard.
