Very slow service, staff is very rude and awkward. After being seated by a girl who was really nice my boyfriend and I waited at our table and chit chatted for a while until someone showed up. We had enough time to look over our menu and decide what we wanted. Then a lady very quietly walked up and slumped against our booth with the most depressed and hopeless look on her and didn't say anything. We thought some random person was ODing at our table. We didn't think she worked here either, she was just wearing a black shirt and a red cardigan. We were really confused, and were like "uhhhhh" and she just stared at us blankly and finally said "know what you want?" We were so confused still but then her cardigan shifted to reveal a name tag that said she was the customer service manager. Weird, but ok so we started ordering our food and she cut us off like "no...." and we froze up and after a few seconds she said "just the drinks." We just ordered a couple waters at that point. Then about 10 min later a server showed up. She's an older lady with short greasy dyed blond hair, she's here often at night and she always really awkward and rude to us. She showed up and before even reaching the table gruffly said "what are you getting." We ordered out food, no pleasantries exchanged and she moved on to the next table where she was much friendlier. Toward the end of our meal while I was still eating she asked "want any pie?" We said "no thank you" and she said ok and snatched our plates and left. Came back very quickly to drop off the check. I don't think we didn't anything wrong to her in the past. We always tipped well over 20% even when she was rude because we usually don't order much. It just seemed like a few of the staff/management members here were on drugs.

Good as usual, staff needs to be trained on CS...stood by counter to get seated and the girls continued to chat with each other until I cleared my throat. I was not greeted when I walked in.

Too expensive for food that is only average.  go to 5 guys or BW3s instead.
