This pains me to write this review as we have always loved Perkins for breakfast, but this last time we went it was awful.  First of all they were not busy, we were only the 3rd table filled in the whole place.  The restaurant was disgusting and dirty.  We noticed above us there was a ceiling tile with a big hole in it that looked ready to fall at any time.  The greeter who seats us seemed to be on another planet like a zombie, once seated the only bright part of our experience was our waitress, she was nice and did a good job took our order but then the order took forever, and remember they were not busy at all for the crowds I normally see in there.  When the order arrived it was quite unappealing.  My wife was so grossed out that she couldn't eat hers.  I ate mine reluctantly, but it was very blah and the proportions seemed to have shrunk drastically.  My son got pancakes and bacon, again didn't taste as good as I remember even smothered in syrup. I only ever went to Perkins for their breakfasts and now I won't be returning because it was so bad.The whole experience was just nasty.  I'm hoping it was just this particular Perkins, but after talking with other people they were saying how bad their Perkins experience was at other Perkins restaurants as well.  So disappointing.

We arrived at 11:23. The waitress, Linana, immediately says, "We close in 30 minutes."
I ask, "Can we get served yet." With a eye roll she says ya. She sits us a dirty table. Had crumbs all over it. She gives us the menus and goes to another table to go on her cell phone. Brings our appetizer out with dipping sauce missing. The three employee's we seen there, were all talking inappropriately. We felt like a burden. While there, 11 other people (4 different groups) came in and they tell them immediately that they close in 20 mins and Dennys is down the street and open 24 hours.
UNBELIEVABLE. The worst service ever!!!

Pretty average. It's the Perkins you get anywhere else in WI. It's either hit or miss with great service. I think anyone's food would taste a lot better it the service had more quality. Often the servers at this Perkins are young and new, so I give it to them that they're trying. Food is good. My simple soup n sandwich was good. 1 star for missing because twice it has happened where when I ordered the shrimp pasta, I was told " sorry we're out of that" and I moved onto the next item and was denied again until I picked out a 4th thing to eat... yes that has happened twice.. and not even in the same month.  Another star missing because they really can upgrade their bathrooms 🚽.

Good food, attentive service for a reasonable price. Crust on the Chicken Pot Pie is generous and delicious but the pie needs to have more chicken and filling. Banana Cream Pie was runny because it was not freshly cut but still tasty.

Slow service. Good was cold and either under cooked or overcooked. I used to love coming here but I will no longer spend my money or time in this resturant.
