This is apparently a very well liked restaurant. It was packed at 930 . and was packed when we left around 1100. With that said I really liked their lunch specials. A Duo and Trio. You got to choose a soup, salad ,sandwich, desserts. You pick 2 or 3, 1 from each offering. Evan with an exorbitant amout Of traffic the time from order to delivery was amazing the soup eat hot the salad was crisp and the toasted bread on the sandwich was crunchy. I do think they need better system for waiting customers but they are working on it I was told . so all in all a solid 8 out of 10 on my list.

I usually go to Perkins after medical procedures, since they're close to Methodist facilities. We get great, prompt service. No matter how complicated my order, they make it simple. Got food today within 10 minutes. Food was delicious! Brioche French toast is highly recommended.

Awful, totally let down this place has hit rock bottom food was cold and disgusting! Don't waste your time and money. You'd be better off at McDonald's.

Excellent service, all were very friendly. We always enjoy our meal. It makes me hungry just thinking about Perkins. Thank you for making our day.

The service was awesome. Our waiters name Sirus and he was on point. He had about 6 tables at once and he was on top of every one of them!
