Perky Owl is always a welcoming and positive place to go for delicious coffee. You honestly cannot go wrong stopping into this treasure of Yarmouth. Family friendly, cheerful and friendly staff, and amazing food/drinks. Five stars, two thumbs up, 10/10!

I ordered a 16 oz latte here yesterday and it was amazing! Silky smooth and not bitter at all.  Accompanied this with a raspberry muffin that I also enjoyed.

Clean, beautiful and so cute. 
Very nice service. 
And my coffee, muffin and grilled cheese sandwich was delicious!

Great coffee, pretty good biscuit breakfast sandwich, great atmosphere. I especially appreciated that the music was pleasant and didn't overwhelm the space.
